Sometimes we flow through life, dancing down the sidewalk, smelling the flowers and then there are the other times where we get STUCK. Whether that's a business, project, relationship, yoga pose. Do you feel me?!

We've already talked about spirit and body, so let's CONNECT the dots. When we can get our mind on board for what we're feeling, creating, doing, or being then we can really get things moving. And I'm not talking about the conscious mind, but also the subconscious mind.

What are the first thoughts you have when your eyes open in bed? Does it sound like, "I have to get going now! I have to do xyz. Ugh, I just want to keep sleeping. Etc." OR "Thank you for xyz. I am so excited for xyz! How can I be of more service today?
